Due to the handmade and carefully selected nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or natural variations in gemstones.

Please review all product descriptions, photographs, measurements, and sizing information carefully before placing your order. We are happy to answer product or sizing questions before purchase.

Natural Gemstone Variations

Our products are made with natural gemstones. Variations in color, pattern, clarity, texture, shape, size, and natural inclusions are part of the unique character of each stone and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect and package every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before processing or production has begun. Once an order has entered processing, customization, or shipment, it can no longer be canceled.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
